Welcome to Llandrindod U3A!
Our full meetings take place on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Hotel Metropole, Llandrindod Wells.
We meet for coffee at 10:00am followed by a talk given by a guest speaker on a subject of general interest. Prospective members are offered ONE free visit to any of our general meetings. Come along - you will be sure of a warm welcome!
Take up a new interest!
U3A Members benefit from being able to join any of the growing number of Interest Groups which cover a wide variety of subjects. Some members join the U3A just to be able to participate in our friendly Interest Groups led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic leaders.
Recent Interest Group Updates
This new group plans to organise excursions by rail both locally in Wales and to other destinations in the UK and maybe even further afield!!

This new group offers you gentle exercise with no jumping around or lying on the floor!
A cuppa with cake is available afterwards should you need help to recover from your exertions!!
Singing for Fun II
The existing Singing for Fun group has grown to the point where a new group is being established to meet the demand!
Jane Stevens will also lead the new group which will have its first meeting on 7th June.
This new group offers the delights of outings to exciting destinations. Their first outing is to Chester on 10th May where you have the option of going to the Races.
We are delighted to announce the formation of a new study group led by Lucy Housden which aims to help members identify wild flowers in the field.

You can listen to Kevin's show on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The Phoenix website gives details of the show and how to listen.
