This is a gentle to moderate exercise class, a fusion of yoga, physical brain gym and chi gong to exercise the mind, stretch and tone the body, improve range of movement and balance and most importantly to relax. No jumping around or lying on floor, just sit and stand. Everyone works to their own level .Suitable for men and women, especially good for those with arthritis, mild back problems, carpal tunnel. A fun way to stay fit and get rid of stress !
