For the time being we are arranging to webcast our monthly meetings using Zoom. So if you are not able for any reason to attend in person you can still watch the meeting as it happens using Zoom.

We will send out the information for joining the meeting using Zoom a day or two before the meeting. In most cases, you will just be able to click on the link in the email when the meeting is due to start and you will be connected to the meeting. If you are familiar using Zoom, you can also connect to the meeting using the meeting ID and password which will be given in the email.

We will not be able to hear you during the Zoom broadcast, so if you would like a question relayed to the speaker, please use the “Chat” facility in Zoom to type your question.

If you have not received the Zoom link 24 hours before the meeting is due to start, please first check that the email is not in your email ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder or equivalent. If you can not find it please email webmaster@u3a-llandrindod.org.uk and request the Zoom information for the meeting.
